Sales recruitment hopefuls to 'try out different things'
People looking for sales recruitment success should make sure that they keep researching different careers and try out different things while they are out of work.
Annie Crookes, senior lecturer in psychology at Middlesex University Dubai, writing for GulfNews.com, said that people looking for sales jobs need to balance their academic performance with extracurricular activities, internships and volunteer work to get a strong CV.
She also advised that job hunters should do some networking, to make connections with a variety of different professions.
Sales recruitment hopefuls were also told to be bold when making decisions and not to worry about making wrong decisions about career choices at an early stage.
"As the many non-traditional students in your classrooms will attest, the modern world is full of flexibility. Think about making the best decision for who you are now, rather than thinking in terms of forever and let the future lead where it may," she added.
Earlier this month, Julie Cummings, director of human resources for BKD, told News-Leader.com that people that setting goals can help improve the enjoyment of their time in employment.
