Sales recruitment success might bring love
People who have recently experienced sales recruitment success might also be struck by the arrow of cupid, according to new research.
A poll by Lloydspharmacy of over 3,000 workers revealed that 23.5 per cent of people in sales jobs admitted to have a romantic liaison with someone that they work with.
Call-centre staff topped the figures, with 29.5 per cent saying that they have had an inter-office relationship, while finance workers were second and HR workers third, with 28 and 26.5 per cent respectively.
Furthermore, 24 per cent of recruitment workers said that they have had a kiss and a cuddle with a colleague, while 22.5 per cent of government staff said that they had indulged in some hanky-panky.
In a regional breakdown, people who have been successful in sales recruitment in Wales were the most likely to be intimate with a colleague.
Sales recruitment hopefuls were told by AskMarsVenus.com that teamwork and maturity are common factors in finding love at work.
