Midlands' offices 'could create 200 jobs'
Two new office buildings will be created in Warwick, possibly bringing about 200 new sales jobs to the area.
The Coventry Telegraph reported that Warwick District Council has granted Sackville Properties, which has developed other business parks in the area, permission to build the new premises costing £3.2 million. A decision on the type of development is set to be made in the new year.
Mike Bracken, a director at Sackville, said that the new offices are going to be high-quality buildings designed to attract sales jobs to the development and to the area.
"We believe there is a gap in the regional market for buildings of this size. They would bring something new and be an asset to the region," he added.
The firm has already built on a 50-acre landscaped site in the area known as Tournament Fields, which has given new homes to sales jobs in over 70,000 sq ft of brand new offices.
