Nearly 500 jobs could be created in Wales
More than 450 jobs could be created in an office and warehouse distribution centre at Holyhead on Anglesey, according to the BBC.
Developer Conygar is also hoping to redevelop the town's waterfront area, as it attempts to attract sales jobs to the area.
Set on 120 acres at Parc Cybi in Holyhead, the office and distribution centre will attempt to counter the effect of job losses in the town when the Wylfa nuclear power station closes down in March next year.
Robert Ware, chief executive of Conygar, told the news provider that the proposed development will strengthen the attraction of Holyhead to the logistic industry.
Head of economic development for Anglesey council Sasha Wynn Davies said that with the recent job losses in the area, it is "vital" to attract new jobs to Holyhead.
"I am very pleased to see a proposal by the private sector for an investment on this scale and this should give us confidence for the future," she added
Earlier this week it was announced that more than 400 people could have success in a technological sales recruitment drive at a new supercomputing facility in Wales.
The joint project between the universities of Swansea and Cardiff will create jobs in animation and data solutions, according to the Department for Business Innovation and Skills.
