Executives looking to change jobs in the current uncertain economic climate should rebuild their CV and learn new skills in order to earn a competitive advantage, it has been claimed.

Management careers website TheLadders.co.uk is offering advice for those looking switch careers, such as being ambitious but realistic, confiding in trusted colleagues, calling recruiters directly and making use of job websites.
