Sales Director

Sales Director, Security Software, Surrey, £85,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance.
Due to an organisational restructure this highly established software developer requires an exceptional Sales Director that is well rounded, proactive and multitalented.

This is a superb opportunity for a high achieving, senior level sales leader to make an impact upon the growth of this progressive and forward thinking business. Our client is an entrepreneurial, fast paced company, operating globally through direct and channel sales. With offices around the world and significant opportunity for future growth, there are exciting times ahead for this market-leading software solution provider.
Reporting to the VP of Sales in the US, you will be responsible for developing and directing international sales teams (UK, Europe, Australia and Asia) providing inspirational leadership to a high calibre team of proven performers who primarily sell products and services via the phone. Your remit will be to leverage the tremendous growth potential that exists in international markets - in both existing and new accounts - developing and delivering a long term strategic roadmap which drives growth and profitability. The combination of your tremendous sales leadership and people development skills will drive the team to new levels of performance, whilst enhancing the reputation of the company in international markets. Commercially and operationally you will work closely with other senior Directors agreeing business cases, commercial terms, pricing and customer retention.

Essential experience would include:

+ Ability to operate at CEO level
+ Previous Experience with complete sales cycle management
+ Comfortable with managing international sales
+ A significant background within sales leadership

Preferable experience:

+ Bachelor's degree
+ Extensive experience within business intelligence, security and operations automation software
